I hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and am currently completing a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood, 0–5 years). As a parent of four children, including one with a disability, I have a deep understanding of how important it is to find the right person to support your child and family. I strongly believe in the Circle of Security approach, which focuses on understanding and responding to children’s emotional needs. By creating a safe, nurturing, and predictable environment, children feel secure to explore, learn, and grow, knowing they have a reliable and supportive caregiver to return to. This approach supports strong relationships and healthy emotional development, empowering children to express themselves with confidence.
