I have had the pleasure of supervising Younis in his role as a teacher aide. During this time, he has consistently shown himself to be reliable, caring, and responsible. He builds positive relationships with children, provides patient support, and shows initiative in managing routines and activities.

I believe Younis would make a trustworthy and capable in the role, ensuring children are safe, well cared for, and engaged. I am confident he will bring the same professionalism and kindness to this role.
