My 10m old baby immediately warmed to Vanessa. She was a little late, but with warning, which was appreciated. My baby seemed happy and very comfortable with Vanessa. She kept me updated throughout the day which was great!

Vanessa was superb!

Vanessa walked into a 10-month old and 18-month old who were very unhappy to see their mothers walking out the door. Within 10 minutes, we received a message from Vanessa letting us know both boys had settled in and were having a good feed which really put us all at ease!
