Having worked along side Sharni at a youth holiday program for several years, I have witnessed first hand Sharni's amazing ability to care for children. She brings a lot of fun and energy to the room but also knows how to be patient and firm when necessary. I would definitely recommend Sharni to anyone who wants a friendly sitter who is joyful and has a positive attitude towards work.
Sharni has been involved with our organisation (Lifestreams Christian Church) in a few different capacities. She has organised & led youth programs, she has been a leader for both children's & youth groups and she has been on staff in our childcare. Sharni is a lovely, caring and kind person. She works well with children and adults alike. Sharni is teachable, easy to work with and engages well with young people. I'd have no hesitation recommending Sharni to work with children of all ages.
