Hi families! I am a qualified childcarer with 5 years of full time experience caring for children as a nanny, babysitter, au pair, disability support worker, English teacher, sports coach and early childhood educator. I have cared for children aged newborn - 14 years, children with a wide range of behavioural needs, medical needs and disabilities. I am currently a support worker for children with disabilities and an employment consultant for people with mental health conditions and disabilities. As a childcarer I create a safe and happy environment, so that the children are free to grow, learn and thrive. I use gentle and respectful discipline techniques, and have strong values of honesty, family, compassion for others and the environment, learning, love of the outdoors, fun and respect.
