There were red flags from my first interactions with Maddison but I pushed these out of my mind and decided to give her a chance. She completed her first shift and then decided to cancel the remaining 11 shifts that she had committed to. I was never given a genuine reason for the cancellations; she simply ceased communicating with me. She also arranged to work overtime without my approval, despite me having a babysitter already on standby for the time she claimed as overtime. I therefore had to pay two carers for the same time period. I am very upfront about my family, my lack of social supports, and my need for committed, reliable carers. Maddison caused me significant issues last week and I am very disappointed in her unprofessional behaviour. I DO NOT recommend Maddison.
Maddi was great, the kids got comfortable with her straight away. Followed all the things i have asked her. And made sure my son didn’t have any accidents with toileting. Will book her again :)
My girls loved having Maddison look after them. They played games until bedtime and when we got home we had two little girls sleeping peacefully. Would definitely have Maddison look after our girls again and highly recommend.

Maddie was so lovely with our 3 children. She immediately engaged with them when she arrived and they were happy to sit and play with her. She watched them at their grandparents house and easily managed to get all 3 to bed despite them being out of their normal environment. Next time we need a sitter in Sydney we will definitely use her again.

It had been a while since seeing Maddison, but Harry took to her quickly and blocked the door at the end of the day not wanting her to leave! says something :) Harry loved their time together, and we can't wait to see her again.
Boston loved having Maddie hang out with him for the evening. He’ll line up a few more games for next time.
Our 6 month old baby cried when Maddy left! Says it all !
On time and seemed to connect with our 4 year old well and was able to get her to sleep without troubles.

Prompt, very friendly, and spent some quality time with my little one :) kept her calm, educated and also entertained :) made sure she drank lots of water through the day too which was good! thanks maddison :)
Maddie is an incredible educator who is very sweet and caring with children. I have had the pleasure of working with her over a few years. You can tell she loves what she does and is passionate about helping the children to learn and grow. Would highly recommend her as a Baby sitter!
Maddison prefers a maximum number of 6 children per booking.
