Lucy was prompt, warm, professional and mature. She showed no hesitation in engaging with and getting to know our 2 year old son - from reading books and playing trains to joining in a (impromptu!) sing-a-long - and is clearly very comfortable around young children. Our son was definitely at ease in her care. She was also understanding when we were unexpectedly a few minutes late returning. Thanks Lucy, and looking forward to having you back soon!
We had a wonderful experience with Lucy! She was prompt, friendly and confident with our 12 month old. She kept me up to date throughout the day and followed our routine closely. We look forward to using Lucy again soon. Highly recommend.
