Louise was fantastic with the kids and fantastic to deal with.
Would highly recommend. Very kind person and made our 8 month old feel completely at ease. We were also surprised to see a few odd jobs had been done around the house when we arrived home.
Louise was fabulous! My kids really enjoyed having her around. She was on time, communicated well and we’d definitely have her again.
Louise was amazing with our two boys. She’s very warm and engaging with kids, and our 4 yo whose usually shy with strangers bonded with her straight away because she took great interest in him. She was very helpful with our 6 month old baby and was extremely competent with managing his bedtime routine. She even texted with an update to let us know that both boys were happily sleeping, which was quite comforting.
Highly recommend Louise and we look forward to booking her in future. Very reliable.
Louise was punctual, flexible and most importantly, excellent with our son.
She had no trouble managing him and keeping to our busy wedding day schedule even though he wasn't feeling great. We will definitely work with again next time we're in Melbourne.
