I am the Director of Creative Kids International Preschool in Kawasaki city, Japan. Louise worked for us for 2 years, looking after our K1K2 class (ages 4-6). Louise cared for and educated 15-20 students in her class. She prepared and conducted lessons in English and Japanese, and taught science, maths, reading, writing, art and craft, music and play. Louise is outgoing, confident and resourceful. She had a good relationship with all of our other staff members and with the students.
What impressed me the most about Louise was how well she handles new and challenging situations. When she first started with us, I put her in a teaching position which I thought would be difficult for her, with her limited previous experience in teaching kindergarten, but she took the job by the horns and surprised me with how confident and natural she seemed with the kids. I knew from that moment that I had a legend on the team.
