Hi there! I'm Lily, a 24 year old Early Childhood Educator, located in both Castle Hill and Macquarie Park. I have over 12 years babysitting experience and 4 years experience working in childcare centres as an educator. I also have almost two years experience as a professional nanny. I am comfortable working with all ages of children; I have lots of experience with children from birth to high school. Through this, I hope to be able to focus on the individual needs of the children I am caring for. I enjoy being able to develop the interests of the children, making learning and growing up something exciting and fun. My energy and enthusiasm is contagious and the children I work with always enjoy the experiences, activities and games I plan, in accordance with what the children are displaying interest in, and the long and short term goals of the parents/guardians.
