Lia responded to all correspondence very quickly, and kept us updated through the night. Arrived on time, and was very pleasant, and went out of her way to talk to the kids before we left for our night out. Highly recommended.
Lia was great, our two young boys enjoyed being looked after by her.
Lia was very confident and asked all the questions prior to looking after our two kids about routine which comforted me to know she knew what to expect.
While we needed to come home early due to our 6mth old cracking it, Lia was great communicating her approach trying to comfort her and we know there was nothing more she could have done. She dealt with this scenario professionally and with care.

Lia was excellent with my three children! She did schoolwork with them, understood instructions and was very friendly and cooperative. I felt completely at ease leaving my children with Lia. Highly recommend and we will use her again!
Lia was punctual, professional, and warm towards my two children. My toddler took to her right away and had a wonderful time playing with her. Lia was also great with the baby. She even went the extra mile to bring along some things to entertain the kids with, as well as keeping us updated with regular texts while we were away. We would book Lia again without hesitation.
