Karen was wonderful. Such a warm personality and my kids immediately took to her. My 4 year old daughter was happy to go straight into Karen's arms -- which is very rare for her!)

I literally fell in love with Karen the moment I met her! My child, immediately warmed to her and obviously felt she was just one of the group. She is so relatable and made me being a mum feel cool. I know that’s not really “important” but it had a serious impact and made me feel super comfortable knowing we were similar and leaving my child with her: totally relatable and experienced, my son warmed to her and barely noticed when we left! Will 100% use her again x
Karen was wonderful with our 16 month old daughter. It was our first time leaving her and Karen immediately put us at ease and our daughter was clearly very comfortable with her. She kept us updated while we were out and we came home to a happy sleeping baby! We look forward to working with Karen again.
