I have known Julia Rigling for over 20 years. We originally met as neighbours when she moved into our street and on getting to know her more I encouraged her to apply for employment at my workplace ANZ, a role she held for several years. Once her twin boys were born my daughter aged 10 at the time, of course was fascinated and spent a significant amount of time with Julia and her family. Julia has a innate instinct for childcare, and her guidance to my daughter Caitlin in how to care for children resulted in my daughter entering the childcare industry herself. I have watched Julia's boys turn into responsible polite young adults and have no hesitation in highly recommending her to anyone seeking a babysitter
