I am a qualified teacher available to care for children with parents needing to work in the event of school closures. I also have experience as a babysitter and nanny for children as young as 2 years old. I am able to work with your children to engage them in normal learning activities aligned with the Australian curriculum to ensure a continuation of routines and their education in this time. If your children have been provided with work from school I can assist them and extend their learning. I can encourage alternative activities such as cooking, art, outdoor/active play and their chores. I can also assist you and your children with easy meals/snacks. I am happy to collaborate with you and your children to organise and plan routines and behaviour management if need be. I have 2 years of teaching experience and am happy to provide you with my Working with Children Check number, First Aid, anaphylaxis training and Child Protection training certs. I have my own car and have no history of car accidents. I am happy to negotiate and log varying rates per hour dependent on the time spent actively engaging with your children and the time spent supervising children whilst they participate in independent play.
