am professional, enthusiastic and creative person. I enjoy working with Children and seeing them grow and learn. I have a diploma in early childhood and have knowledge and experience in child development. I am also great with children who have additional needs. My personal philosophy is that children and families should be treated equally. Children should be encouraged and treated with respect and understanding. I believe play is essential to children’s learning and it should be hands on, challenging and fun. I encourage children to learn about themselves, their peers and the environment. I enjoy working with additional needs children as this area is a passion of mine. I have experience in this area, I have worked with children who have additional needs and helped create individualised plans to further development. I have also worked along side speech pathologists and occupational therapists to help children further develop on their emerging skills.
