i asked her to look after my baby for about 3 hours and insisted to start sharply at 12.30pm. however, she became one hour late although i mentioned to her, i have to leave the baby sharply 12.30 to go to the meeting. i paid for 3 hours but she was looking after my baby only for 2 hours.
