Hi, my name is Emma and I am a Qualified Certificate III Early Childhood Education and Care Educator. I am 24 years old and this is my 8th year of working as an Educator with children aged six weeks to five years. (At my current workplace, on school holidays, I have looked after children aged 6 years to 12 years). I started my studies at a young age of sixteen and have gained exceptional experience among my volunteer/work placement hours and having employed work in an occasional child care centre and a long day care centre. I have a lot of experience with all age groups and really enjoyed my role in long day care, working in the Nursery Room with children aged six weeks to two years. I am very passionate about what I do and I absolutely love my job. I am a very nurturing and caring person who is reliable and trustworthy and has a happy and bubbly personality. I love to help children grow and learn and build on their social, emotional and educational needs to help them become happy and confident children in their future. I am looking for some babysitting work to fill in my time when I am not at work and to extend on my skills. I also love animals so if you have any pets I would be more than happy to look after them as well. I have a current Employable WWCC, First Aid Certificates and Professional Referees. All my vaccinations are up to date including of required triple dose of Covid19 vaccine.

Thank you Emma. You were amazing and my boys warmed to you. You didn’t have to do the dishes but you did anyway. Appreciate that so much. I also liked the updates provided throughout the night. I would recommend Emma again
Emma was an absolute delight to have over. I have hurt my back and Emma came in and took care of all 4 of my children for me. The children loved playing games with Emma. She also vacuumed the floors, did laundry for me, and kept the kitchen clean. I will gladly trust Emma to care for my children again. She made the day so stress free, thank you!
Emma was such a pleasure to deal with and the kids absolutely loved her. She played all day with the my 2 girls two and four, took them to the park across the road twice with a packed lunch and even brought her own homemade playdoe and did my dishes. I felt comfortable leaving and didn't worry about the kids once theoughout the day. I will definitely be using Emma again in the future.
Emma was wonderful, she came nice and early for handover notes and sat with our little girl (14months) to let her get familiar with her before we headed out.
Emma kept us updated during the evening which gave us peace of mind. We couldn’t recommend her more highly.
I had the pleasure of working with Emma, in my room. I was running as Lead Educator ,in the nursery. Very busy most days, Emma is a kind very patient Educator showing initiative ...always willing to help ,as a valued team member.
Emma displayed excellent interaction skills with all the children ,they adored her.
We wish Emma, all the best with future opportunities and reaching her Goals. CONTACT me anytime for a reference 😉
Emma McDonald
I have known Emma since April 2016, when she completed our Operation Newstart Casey 'Re-Engage' program. At that time Emma successfully graduated from our program with flying colours despite challenges she was facing at home and subsequently with her mental health.
Since that time Emma has been a consistent visitor and volunteer for our team at Operation Newstart. She supports us, at times weekly with behind-the-scenes admin support, activity preparation and student support during activities.
She was successful in completing her secondary schooling and continued to study at TAFE. She has successfully worked in childcare for several years, but still finds time to volunteer at ONC.
We sincerely appreciate her support and the smile she brings to our organisation!

James Seeary

Emma has known to be a very kind, gentle soul. She has great patience with children and has a passion for them.
Emma is a very reliable girl, she will always helps people out of her time and she doesn’t mind it at all it’s all from her heart, that’s what makes her so special and loyal about her.
She cares for people she never abandons anyone.
The reason why I think Emma would approve from this job is that she can bring joy to anyone. She can easily make anyone get along with her, she will naturally brighten up
up your spirit every time your around her.
I really recommend Emma being in this industry and she definitely suits this path way.
Emma is a reliable and trustworthy person who endeavours to do her best at all times.
She has worked in the childcare industry for the last seven years and has changed employers twice in that time.
Like everyone else Emma was effected by covid and lost her job due to the centre having to close.
Emma found another job in a full daycare centre during this time and learnt all areas including opening and closing routines.
She was approached by her previous employer to see if she was interested in returning to the centre and this is where she is working now.
Emma always lends a helping hand both in her personal and professional lives and is always looking at ways to improve herself.
Emma has responsibilities and obligations she has to meet such as helping her grandparents from time to time (helping with shopping and housework) as well as helping with housework at home.
I believe Emma would be a great asset to your company and she would not disappoint you if given an opportunity.
I’ve have known Emma MacDonald now for the past 6 years. I have found her reliable and honest. She has a kind nature and is extremely good with children.
I would recommend her to any employee as she would be a great asset to them.
Emma prefers a maximum number of 6 children per booking.
