Ecenur was friendly, helpful and competent, looking after both kids with aplomb. It was a shame she had an existing later booking or we would have kept her for as much of they day as we could - the kids loved going to the park with her and had lots of fun...she kept both of them well occupied and free from jealousy, attention one-upmanship and intruding on the hard-at-work parents repeatedly. This is only possible when our kids adore and respect their sitter, so Ecenur has done a wonderful job getting to know them and gaining their trust and respect in a short time.
