Hi! My name’s Beth and I graduated last year from Pacific Hills Christian School. I've decided to take a gap year to save money and travel overseas to do mission work with children. I would cherish the opportunity to be more involved with kids here in Australia to give me as much experience as possible to help me overseas. I can help drive them, feed them, play with them; I am really up for anything. I seriously adore kids and everything that they bring. I love being a positive influence to them and think that they can often challenge and shape older people in more ways than we think. I love being around the creativity of children and adore caring for them. I have ongoing babysitting jobs outside of Sittr and I have in the past done lots of babysitting when I was younger, for friends for free just because I love it so much. I am also heavily involved in leading kids programs at my church from preschool age to primary school. Along side my experience I am also qualified with a wwcc number, have undergone a national police check and have done a First Aid/CPR course.

This reference is both personal and professional. I have known Bethany for many years now and have worked alongside her for over two years on a weekly basis. In this role, I was overseeing a preschool program and Bethany was one of the leaders alongside me.
During that time she was diligent towards her role and was always reliable in terms of attendance, which is especially impressive as this was a voluntary position.
Her role with us was of an educator/carer in a church children's ministry program. Each week, Bethany was responsible for a different part of the program, gaining skills in music leading, delivering a learning program in innovative and interesting ways, leadership, and behaviour management. Bethany also build strong and caring relationships with the children, becoming a key figure in their weeks and someone that they looked forward to seeing.
