I am a young Early Childhood Educator, currently living In the beautiful Gold Coast hinterland. I have been in the childcare industry for 7 years. I started my Cert III of Early Childhood in year 9, as a school based trainee at Silkwood School. From there, I completed my Certificate and went on to study my Diploma of Early Childhood (which has been finalised for 5 years). I specialise in alternative education. I am greatly influenced by the Steiner Philosophy and Holistic Education. I have experience with children of all ages. I have an extensive professional development portfolio, that I have accumulated over my experience within the industry. I have been a casual/part time child minder for 6-7 years and have experience with overnight care and school drop off/pick up. We are so happy with Ayla, we have used her a couple of times now and will continue to. My girls love her, they even cry when she has to leave! I definitely recommend her :)
Ayla did a great job. She got along really well with our 4yro and 1yro.
She did our daughters hair nicely and got them ready for school on time.
They were hugging her on arrival home. Demonstrated a lot of experience looking after children & helped out around the home.

This is to confirm that Ayla Brown has worked at Fingerprints Children’s Centre for over 3 years starting as a school based trainee, studying her Cert 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care. The Centre is a one room, family owned and managed business, providing a holistic Approved Qld Kindergarten funded program catering for a group of 24 children aged 2.5 to 5 years. Ayla works closely with management and educational leaders. Ayla finished her Cert 3 in 2017 and then continued on as an assistant educator studying her Diploma where she excels in leading the group when needed and works collaboratively with team members to develop an inspiring, enriched, creative, sustainable educational program. I find Ayla to be extremely nurturing, efficient, punctual and dedicated.
Ayla works co-operatively with team members and displays excellent communication and leadership qualities. She is a considerate co-worker and able to inspire her team.
Ayla also performs duties relating to the management of the Centre, budgeting, documentation and legislation control. A large part of her duties include connecting with, and building relationships with parents, children and the wider community. Ayla does this with ease and compassion. I feel this to be a positive strength of hers, as well as being a passionate teacher. Ayla, no doubt will be able to apply these strengths to any position or role asked of her in the future.
Ayla is an extremely hard worker, focused and committed. She often works outside of hours to ensure all of her paperwork is up to date and correct. Her event management skills and enthusiasm towards such are outstanding and creative. She is and would be an asset to any team.
