Anna was excellent and very professional. She connected with my son in about a minute and then won my daughter over shortly after. My daughter is very shy and this doesn't really happen with new people. Instead of having to drag kids off me to get out the door, both kids didn't look back as I left. Highly recommend.

Anna had a lovely calm, organised manner. She arrived on time with a checklist of key questions for each of the children. Our three kids instantly warmed to her and we felt very comfortable leaving them in her care. Would highly recommend.

Anna was professional with her own checklist as soon as she walked through the door. At the same time was also engaging with the children immediately. Our sometimes shy 3 year old warmed to her immediately.

Anna was so organised and polite. We found her communication to be excellent and she listened well to our requests. Our children found her to be fun and energetic and genuinely interested in their interests. Anna was happy to lay down the ground rules from the start and our kids respected her for it. Anna has proven to be a wonderful babysitter/nanny to my two small children. She exhibits an astounding amount of patience in the face of chaos, she organises fun age- appropriate activities tailored to the girls interests and capabilities and is very warm and affectionate. Her interest in children is genuine ahs patently obvious when you see her interact with them. I highly recommend her.
